1996 Published by Penguin Books. This is a must have for any ghost researcher. It
is a very valuable source!
Vampires: The Occult Truth- Written by Konstantinos (c) 1996. Published by
Llewellyn Worldwide. This was a good reference book for Vlad Dracula, Elizabeth
Bathory, and just vampires in general really.
The Ghostly Register- Written by Arthur Myers (c) 1986. Published by Contemporary
Books. This is an old favorite. I've had it for almost 10 years, and I still love it!
Ghosts Along the Texas Coast- Written by Docia Schultz Williams (c) 1995 by
Wordware Publishing Inc. Published by The Republic of Texas Press. I live in
Pasadena, Texas, and anything that has to do with ghosts near me, I just have to
buy. Needless to say, the second I saw this one, I scooped it up!
A Texas Guide to Haunted Restaurants, Taverns and Inns- Written by Robert
Wlodarski and Anne Powell Wlodarski, (c) 2001. Published by the Republic of Texas
Press. This was a good reference book for my reports on The Catfish Plantation,
The Ale House and The Spagetti Warehouse.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone- Written by J.K. Rowling. Year 1 at Hogwarts.
I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it!!! Harry learns he is a wizard, and battles an
old enemy.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets- Written by J.K. Rowling. Year 2 at
Hogwarts. Harry is suspected of harming other students.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban- Written by J.K. Rowling. Harry learns
that he has a Godfather, and that his best friend harbors the enemy.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire- Written by J.K. Rowling. Harry is forced to
participate in the Wizard Championships.
Ghost Ships- Written by Richard Winer (c) 2000. Published by Berkley Books. Very
cool information on hauntings at sea, shipping disasters and other mysteries.
Real Hauntings- Written by Hans Holzer (c) 1995. Published by Barnes and Noble
Books. Classic Hans Holzer investigations for the U.S.
Halloween: Spells, Customs, Recipes- Written by Silver Ravenwolf (c) 1999.
Published by Llewellyn Worldwide. Halloween information from A-Z!
Treasures of Galveston Bay- Written by Carroll Lewis (c)1977. Published by Texian
Press. Treasure known to be in Galveston Bay. Includes historical information on the
area.
Encyclopedia of Mysterious Places- Written by Robert Ingpen and Philip Wilkinson (c)
1990. Published by Metrobooks. A nice book with information, maps and pictures of
the most mysterious places in the world.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix- Written by J.K. Rowling. Harry is targeted
(as usual) by Voldemort
The Celery Stalks at Midnight- Written by James Howe. An spooky animal
adventure.
Howliday Inn- Written by James Howe. Another story featuring the characters from
"The Celery Stalks at Midnight,"
Haunted Island- Written by Joan Lowery Nixon. All these guys want to do is get off
of the haunted island alive!

The Dollhouse Murders- Written by Betty Ren Wright. Amy discovers that an old
dollhouse in her Aunt's attic is haunted by a horrific family secret.
Totally Amazing Mummies- Published by Little Golden Books. Not an actual story, but
more of a reference book for kids about Egyptian mummification. Cool!
Edgar & Ellen: Rare Beasts- Written by Charles Ogden. A twisted tale of twisted
twins out to rid the town of Nods Limbs of their precious pets.
